Elite Force Training Academy
Elite Force has built a modern and fully equipped training center at House # 101, 102, Road #5, Block A, East Vatara Syed Nagar, Dhaka, 1212, with the latest of facilities including IT facilities such as computers, projectors and speakers. We have 16 highly qualified Retired Defense officers/staffs to train recruits. It is encompassed by a 32 Katha plot which is a total coverage of 23,040sqft. There are three classrooms all equipped and furnished with everything that is required to provide effective and efficient lessons. Accommodation facilities are also incorporated in the training center; the training center can house about 100 guards at a time. There are specific rooms designated for training directors and lecturers. There is a large open ground with finished floor for physical training, demonstrations, sports, recreation and parades.
In House Training Center Located inside Elite Tower.
We have got an In house training facility of 4,000 sqft area co-located with our corporate headquarters (5th Floor) at Elite Tower, House 3A, Road : 6, Block-J, Baridhara, Dhaka-1212. We can train at a time 100 personnel for officers briefing, female workers class, field managers & supervisor briefing, refresher course, discussion on problem solving and other multipurpose usage.

Our training program is both rigorous and wholesome in nature, and is once in a lifetime achievements for all graduates of the academy with many being employed directly abroad.
We currently host our new recruits in two dedicated training facilities within Dhaka. These fully-fledged establishments are complemented by regional training centers as well.
Training Class on Fire Fighting
Newly recruited guards are given a four week training session. The training is based upon Elite Force’s training manual and a training video prepared specifically for our trainees. Training is conducted by ex-military staff on the following topics
